Ultra-Fit Manufacturing Inc. is a tube bending and fabricating company founded in 1982. Ultra-Fit served only the automotive aftermarket exhaust market until its acquisition by Arva in 1998. Since then, with the support of Arva, Ultra-Fit has expanded and diversified to serve new markets, including OEM exhaust and other OEM engine components, office furniture manufacturing, automotive performance and accessories.
