Mike Stevens, President

Mike Stevens has 25 years of experience owning, operating and managing businesses across a range of industries including forging and casting, metal stamping and fabrication, as well as wireless transmission, infrastructure and services. He was previously President of Waltec Components and President of S.W. Fleming.

John Stevens, Executive Vice-President

John Stevens is an Ontario-qualified lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. He practised with Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt for 18 years where he was a partner and, from 1994 to 2000, the Managing Partner of its New York office. John has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, debt financings, restructurings, and corporate governance.

Bill Spurgeon, Vice-President Finance and Corporate Secretary

Bill Spurgeon has more than 40 years experience in finance and administration. His career began as chief accountant for two related companies in the air handling industry, followed by many years as Controller and then Vice President of Finance at S.W. Fleming.
